Groceries
Free grocery giveaway the 2nd Saturday of every month, 8:30 to 10:00 AM at 5125 N. Gates Ave. Drive up or walk up, no appointment needed. Homebound seniors can register for same-morning delivery.
Housing
If you are unsheltered or about to be, tell us. We walk with people from the street into stable housing.
CalAIM services
On Medi-Cal and need help with housing, food, transportation, or paperwork? ACTS is a licensed CalAIM provider. Call the enrollment line at 559-241-4599.
Jobs & home ownership
Job training through Westbridge Events, and a free 2026 home buyer workshop series with local banks: next sessions Sunday, Sept 27 (1 to 2:30 PM) and Saturday, Oct 24.

Why We Do This
whole-life hope
We believe the gospel touches every part of a person's life. So we help people spiritually through the hope of Jesus, socially by making sure our neighbors are fed, clothed, and housed, and economically by opening doors to jobs and home ownership, across Fresno, Madera, Kings, Tulare and Orange counties. Not just a handout, a hand up.

grocery giveaway & food distribution
Feeding our city
A free grocery giveaway the 2nd Saturday of every month (8:30 to 10:00 AM at 5125 N. Gates Ave.) with home delivery for registered seniors. Through our warehouse and our partnership with Convoy of Hope, we also supply about 30 local nonprofits, schools and churches so they can feed the people in their own neighborhoods.

housing the unsheltered
A place to live
We walk with unsheltered neighbors on the path to stable housing. This summer, ten people moved from the street into a home, and we walked with each of them.

Licensed care
Through CalAIM Enhanced Care Management, ACTS Foundation walks alongside eligible Medi-Cal members who need a little extra support navigating life. Our care managers help connect people with housing resources, food assistance, transportation, healthcare, paperwork support, and other services that can help remove barriers and create greater stability.

The door to ownership
Partnering with three local banks, we help families who never thought they could own a home access programs that make the dream possible.

Westbridge Events
Through the Westbridge Event Center, we hire and train people who face barriers to employment, because a job changes a story. That's the hand up in action.
