Iglesia LifeBridge somos una iglesia que confía en Dios, ama al prójimo y Brinda esperanza.
LifeBridge Community Church was founded in September of 2005. One year prior, Pastor Kevin, his wife Ellen, and their 2-year-old daughter, Cara, moved from Urbana, Illinois to Fresno, California. They arrived with a vision from God to establish a strong church in an area of the community that was referred to as a “church graveyard.”
LifeBridge Community Church officially began corporate services on the Saroyan Elementary School campus on September 11, 2005. This began a 12-year span as a portable church. During that 12-year span, the church moved to eight different locations. For approximately 624 Sundays, we unloaded and loaded two 24-foot trailers to create an atmosphere in which people could connect to God. As we moved to each different location, God continued to provide the volunteer teams, the influence within the community and the resources needed to continue with our endeavor. This helped to establish a grittiness in our church culture that has enabled us to keep up with God’s pace as He continued to grow our church.
Two years ago, God opened a door of opportunity for us to secure a facility that formerly housed a batting cage. We were able to renovate it to meet our needs for our children, youth, and adult ministries. This building has enabled our ability to multiply our efforts to serve the community.
Hi! My name is Kevin Foster. I have been happily married to Ellen for almost 20 years. We have been so blessed with 3 daughters, Cara 18, Brynn, 15, and Laney, 10. One of our favorite things to do as a family is travel. My girls love everything Disney, and I gladly tolerate it! I love to go off-roading in my Jeep, and I love to go white-water rafting. I’m a huge Chicago Cubs fan, and a huge Chicago Bears fan.
I honestly feel like I have the best job in the world. The people of LifeBridge are the kindest, sweetest, and the most generous group of people, I have ever been around. I truly believe that ministry moves at the speed of relationships. Our relationships with each other, is the only thing we can take to eternity with us. That’s why we make a big deal about relationships at LifeBridge, and really why Ellen and I pioneered LifeBridge in 2005. We wanted to see bridges established between humanity and God, and bridges established between differing people groups, that had never existed. We have been blessed to see this occur on exponential levels. I want to personally invite you to what God is doing at LifeBridge!
Hi! My name is Chase Barnhart. I am the Executive Pastor here at LifeBridge. I graduated from Vanguard University in 2020 with a degree in Pastoral Leadership! A few things about me; I am a beach-bum and can be at the beach every day (it’s so far away now!), in the Winter I am an avid snowboarder, and I am a big fan of the New England Patriots!
As a pastor I am called to care for the people of the Church, and equip them to do the work of ministry out in the world. I love being able to work with all kinds of people, and assist them in their walk with the Lord. May you find a community of faith here at LifeBridge, and learn what it means to be a disciple of Christ!
Hi, my name is Robin Nino. I am the Family Life Director for LifeBridge Community Church. I am married to a wonderful husband and we have 3 children together. I was born in Alaska and spent half of my life there. I still go back to visit every year. My favorite time of the year is Christmas time. I could listen to Christmas music year round!
I oversee Children’s Ministry (KidzBridge) and Life Groups. Relationships are so important in life. I love seeing children connect to one another and seeing friendships begin to form and grow. I believe healthy relationships with one another are a key ingredient in our personal walk with God.
Hi, my name is Claudia,
I gave my heart to the Lord in my early 20’s. Since then I have experienced God’s faithfulness. Married for 17 years to my husband Bruno. I enjoy spending time with my family, prayer meetings, and working out at the gym.
I am the office administrator. Our purpose is to help communicate the Gospel, and the Mission of LifeBridge by creating and maintaining an organized administrative flow in a growing, thriving church.
My name is Tracy Sweeney, and I am the Worship Pastor here at LifeBridge. My husband and I were both born and raised in the Central Valley, but ministry has taken us all over the United States and into several other countries. Our four children have grown up in many different states and have had the experience of being a part of different cultures.
Worship is such an integral part of our daily lives. As we begin to give praise to God, our circumstances are brought into perspective. He is glorified and we are made different by our worship. Creating the corporate worship experience with a spirit of excellence through a great team is something I strive for. I love that I get to lead people into the presence of God by worshiping myself (my personal worship) and bringing others along for the ride.
